Wht happened about my download, Still i don't receive any thing

After so many msgs, i am not getting the mod to download even i haven't get any updates what is the issue, (Uncle Batla) i have msgd you on Facebook for the follow up, but no response, atleast response man, what is the status of my case, its almost 15-20days past away and still i don't get anything after paying, i don't think DMGS has this type of service
Hope I'll get the permanent solution ASAP
